Oktoberfest Tasting Menu

This special menu is part of our annual Oktoberfest celebration, a favorite tradition! The menu will be available on the following days: Thursday 10/19 and Wednesday 10/25 only, with optional beer pairings available.

What are we tasting?

Amuse:
Prussian pork meatball w/ demi glace cream

1st
Roast pork soup, spaetzel dumplings & parsley
Soft pretzel w/ smoked sausage, beer cheese, whole grain mustard, pickled vegetables & gherkins

2nd
Napa cabbage, apples, celery, creamy dijon dressing & bacon

3rd
Oktoberfest sausages, spaetzel, sweet & sour cabbage, sauerkraut, gherkins & whole grain mustard
Roast duck breast, german potato salad [charred pearl onion], brussels sprouts & poached pear, Riesling gastrique
Sauerbraten, fingerling potatoes, sweet & sour cabbage & gingersnap jus
