Joe Jack Talcum is a local favorite musician and songwriter, best known as the guitarist and co-lead vocalist for the punk rock group The Dead Milkmen. Residing outside of Philadelphia, over the years Joe has frequently performed with a number of punk and indie rock groups and is also a solo artist. He is known for his funny and quirky lyrics but has also shown a serious side to his songwriting. He currently has a brand new 7" E.P. being released on Powertone Records this summer.
Darren Morze will open the night and is a composer and producer. He has toured the world with acts such as Stellastarr*, The Killers, Jane's Addicition and Placebo.
Carl is the owner and operator of Powertone Records. He also records and performs under the moniker Carl’s Rock n’ Roll Phenomenon. Influenced by bands like Morphine and The Presidents of the USA he would describe his music as lo-fi punk-rock.
Jason Trachtenburg is best known for his role as “The Dad” in the long running Off-Broadway and Indie-rock act The Trachtenburg Family Slideshow Players. He has appeared on “Late Night with Conan O’Brian,” MTV, VH1, Sundance Channel, and The Bonnaroo Fest.
