We will be exploring the different aspects of what goes in to making a brandy and how there are different rules for different regions that specify what each style needs to be called - cognac, armagnac or pisco. We will also learn how the different soils and climates bring out different aromas and flavors in each. Dinner is $70 and we will have 5 different brandies to try!

Finished in japanese oak, very rounded with hints of floral gives way to creaminess, depth and spice notes - Larressingle Armagnac VSOP - Armagnac, France
Supple and full fruited with a rich smokey bouquet reminiscent of prunes and a lingering mellow finish - Control C Pisco - Limari Valley, Chile
Delicate fragrance of floral and tropical fruit it lands with a sense of heat and a smooth mouthfeel with subtle hints of citrus and vanill - Hennessy XO - Cognac, France
Dark chocolate over ripe plums, cocoa butter and spice with a vanilla led finish - Belle de Brillet Williams Pear & Cognac Liqueur - France
Sweetness subsides giving way to pear, ginger and pear blossom floral top note
