9 people each.

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required
to hold your weekday reservation. On weekends and in December,
the deposit is $200. Some dates require a contract.
Menu selections must be made at least
two weeks in advance.
The final guest count including the number
of each entree selected is due three days prior to your
party. This is the minimum number of guests you will be
charged for.
Only one bill for each party.
Evening and weekend service gratuity
is a minimum of $55.00 per server or 18% of the bill. Weekday
lunch service gratuity is a minumum of $40.00 per server
or 18% of the bill. Parties generally require one server
for every 25 guests. However, every party is different and
we will use our judgement to staff accordingly.
